If you would like to return an order or items from an order, please email us at patchandstick@gmail.com with the details of your return and we will help you. Returns will not be accepted without initially contacting us for prior approval.

All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Due to the medical nature of our products, we request the packaging seal remains unopened.

Sale items are not refundable. Only full priced items may be returned for a refund. 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of posting.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you on your return status. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is agreed the return is due to our error.
